When you get error like this

Cannot determine the organization name for this ‘dev.azure.com’ remote URL. Ensure the credential.useHttpPath configuration value is set, or set the organization name as the user in the remote URL ‘{org}@dev.azure.com’.

First of all, check this info in option

Check your credentials in Tools > Options > Source Control > Git Global Settings

Beside: all resources have been clone to your local, so just open it, and change this info later.
